The Main Administration for Service to the Diplomatic Corps at the Russian Federation Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with GlavUpDK partners has the honour to offer you complex service in the following key fields:

• Service for amplification, car call for both official events and non formal meetings;
• Equipment and specialists to supply international meetings with simultaneous translation and conference equipment;
• Transportation service (including shipping of diplomats’ personal stuff abroad, preparation and packing);
• Offices relocation in Moscow;
• Lease, delivery, repair, installation and sale of pianos;
• Lease of furniture, crockery, covers, tents for organizing events;
• Production, restoration and repair of furniture;
• Production of emblems, flags, company and award signs, elements of national symbolism, signs, seals, stamps, prizes, tags, name boards;
• Complex office cleaning;
• Office disinfection, disinfestation, disinsection;
• Confidential destruction of papers for representative offices;
• Checking of fire-prevention condition and provision of recommendations to strengthen the level of
• fire-prevention security;
• Consultations and assistance in getting licenses and permits for fire-prevention security.

The relevant Department at GlavUpDK will consider any request for a service outside the list.
