The area of the Complex is 85000 sq.m., it covers the territory of 1.2 h and will include the following:

  • 3-7-room apartments of 130-300 sq.m., in the 1-st and 2-d sections
  • 4-level underground parking for 665 cars

In consideration of our residents, the majority of whom are diplomats and representatives of foreign countries’ firms, UPDK aims to provide the maximum comfort in living conditions for clients. In this regard, our building includes a Nursery school for families with young children. The English Nursery School (license A 004331) has been in operation since 2004.
