GlavUpDK’s Experience to Be Employed in Kaliningrad Region

On March 2, 2007 Mr Ivan I.Sergeyev, Director General, GlavUpDK, and Mr. A.Dronov, General Manager, Heart of the City Investment Co. signed a General Agreement for Cooperation to complete a new investment project, the construction of the Admiral Lefort multiuse complex in Kaliningrad.

The new complex, designed to accommodate foreign missions accredited in the Russian Federation and provide housing to expatriates, will substantially improve the conditions of the expatriate community’s stay in Russia’s westernmost region and promote its international economic ties.

Under the Agreement, GlavUpDK will give Heart of the City Investment Co. information and consulting services in fulfilling this project.
