A soiree dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the office and residential complex Park Place Moscow
On December 14, 2007 a soiree dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the office and residential complex Park Place Moscow was held in the Cultural Center of GlavUpDK.
Ivan I. Sergeyev, Director General of GlavUpDK opened the soiree and marked that Park Place is a unique complex, the first so called ‘clever house’ in Moscow. It offers to its tenants cozy offices and apartments, renders a wide range of services and is popular among representatives of the foreign community in Moscow.
Ivan I. Sergeyev also reminded the guests that in 1992 establishment of the joint venture UpDK-Heins that started managing the complex in the future marked the beginning of mutually beneficial cooperation between GlavUpDK and the American company Heins.
Staman Ogilvie, President of Heins, member of the Board of Directors of JSC UpDk-Heins had an opportunity to participate in the soiree via a video conference with Houston. In his welcoming speech he emphasized that thanks to Park Place Moscow the quality, reliability and security standards of the Moscow real estate market had been raised. Mr. Ogilvie shared his opinion that this project is an excellent example of how Russians and Americans can achieve perfect results together.
Lee Timmins, Senior VP of Heinz companies, Director General, JSC UpDK-Heins, Yuksel Erimtan, President of the Turkish company AMT Erimtan that took part in the construction of Park Place Moscow complex 15 years ago, V.V. Kuprina, Deputy Director General, JSC UpDK-Heins and Albert Heirink, President of Helm AG company, one of the oldest tenants of the complex also welcomed the guests.
