Officer on duty (24 hours, phone: (495) 770-3200 – multichannel) will give emergency assistance and information related to the structure and services of GlavUpDK round the clock. The on-duty team will receive and deliver your request to a relevant department on a 24/7 basis.

Secretariat (phone: (495) 637-27-48, fax: (495) 637-3171, e-mail: info@updk.ru) receives and registers incoming correspondence and distributes outgoing correspondence. Provides facsimile, electronic, etc. communication and document reference.

Protocol Department (phones: (495) 637-2979, 695-03-45, 770-32-75, fax: (495) 637-2964, e-mail: protocol@updk.ru). Arranges appointments with GlavUpDK executives for foreign and Russian citizens. It is involved in event making for the Diplomatic Corps and other clients on behalf of GlavUpDK, arranges visits by GlavUpDK executives to events held by the diplomatic missions in Moscow, our clients and partners.

Real Estate Directorate (phones: (495) 770-3264, 770-3553, 770-3551). Rents out office and residential premises. Gathers registry and technical documents. Obtains State registration of lease agreements and land plots.

Maintenance Directorate (phone: (495) 637-2706, fax (495) 637-7417). Technical and sanitary maintenance of apartments and offices. Reconstruction, restoration and repair of mansions and premises. Offices and apartments decoration. Provision of organized parking. Disinsection, disinfestation, garbage removal. Outside territories establishment and greenery planting.

DipKapStroy Capital Construction Directorate (phone: (495) 637-2859, fax: (495) 637-7604). Design, construction, reconstruction, restoration, comprehensive renovation of premises involving domestic and foreign contractors. Engineering services for foreign missions and rep offices.

Accounts Department (phone: (495) 770-3280). Calculations and verifications related to the foreign representations agreements, invoices issuing, sending calculations status rolls, penalties and fees charging.

Planning and Finance Directorate (phone: (495) 770-3211). Consulting on foreign missions and rep offices taxation. Settlement of tax issues relating to diplomatic missions with the Russian tax authorities.

Services Center (phone: (495) 202-27-25, 637-23-26). International and domestic air-borne and railway transportation arrangement. Sale and booking for Zavidovo Recreational Complex. Transportation and shipment services. Rental, delivery, repair, tuning and sale of pianos and grand pianos. Manufacture, restoration and refurbishing of furniture. Manufacture of nationals coats of arms, banners, brand signage and awards, seals. Marquee and tent, furniture, dishes, crockery and utensils rental for organizing events. Copier and printing service. Comprehensive cleaning of premises. Laundry and dry cleaning services. Request for other services considered. Services related to outdoor advertising, payment and vending machines rendered. Vehicle registration services.

Procurement Department (phones: (495) 637-2253). Organization of corporate events, presentation, negotiations and conferences with meals (banquets, receptions, lunches), on a VIP level.
Sale of anti-ice chemical agents, trash cans and containers, brooms and spades, packaging material etc).

GlavUpDK Cultural Center (phone: (495) 143-04-26). Holds Soirees featuring Russian performers and art groups. There are various sporting sections, art studios and hobby groups for children and adults under the guidance of highly qualified tutors and trainers. The Cultural Centre always welcomes those willing to organize a conference, symposium, presentation, business meeting, art festival or children’s holiday.
